Kepi retains the professional services of architects, engineers and project managers. We also work with external consultants and experts to ensure that the delivery of construction projects is to the clients’ required standards on time and to budget.

Kepi have operated in the UK since the company’s inception. We work on major and smaller bespoke projects and offer turnkey solutions to developers and contractors across the country. We have an enviable record of providing civil, mechanical, electrical, facilities management and service support projects throughout the UK.
We can operate as the principal contractor or as subcontractors and are always aware of the Health and Safety and regulatory requirements of on and off site working. As an ISO 9001 Quality Management certified company we have full knowledge and understanding of British Standards (BS), and Approved Codes of Practice (ACoP). The company is a member of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), has systems in place that are registered with the UK’s Local Authority Building Control (LABC) and are compliant with the Construction Line (Capita led) procurement system.
Kepi has maintained a permanent presence in Afghanistan since May 2011, initially working in Camp Bastion, being awarded contracts for the Enabling Works by the UK Military Works Group. With Kepi’s Afghanistan Head Office based in Kabul, we have continuously developed our capabilities and resources in this conflict zone, whilst mentoring local nationals as an integral part of our contracts.
We have successfully delivered numerous projects in Afghanistan and other locations in the Middle East, either with the military or civilian authorities. We operate as the principle contractor or by using subcontractors, all who have been rigorously scrutinised and checked by our UK and in country management. We also have a full understanding of the potential logistical and procurement issues that can be faced daily in this region and have a team specifically set up to manage any problem areas.
