Project Manager (Construction)

Kepi International Solutions Ltd are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their UK team. Reporting into the Director of Operations, the role holder will provide a wide range of support to all functions and will be responsible for the day to day running of Project sites in the United Kingdom, providing an effective advisory service to management and staff. This is a permanent, full time position.

What the role involves: 

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager on Construction projects
  • Managing the day-to-day work on all sites.
  • Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company’s requirements
  • Implementing the Company Health & Safety Procedures including safety inspections of the site and ensuring regulations relating to health & safety are being met.
  • Maintain and update project reporting and planning.
  • Working to the programme of work and strategy for the project
  • The ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Working day to day along the commercial team
  • Site Administration, H&S and general upkeep
  • A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver upon your deadlines.

What we are looking for:

Qualifications:

  • An industry applicable trade or degree qualification.
  • Chartered Membership
  • Proven track record from similar sector specific organisations.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate - Construction
  • Hold valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid tickets.

Individual:

  • Knowledge of Civils and Construction projects
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Previous UK Construction experience is essential.
  • Ability to manage the sub-contractors on site
  • Strong work ethic
  • An excellent communicator.
  • Have strong commercial awareness.
  • Good IT knowledge
